We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the “Book a free consultation” form: your name, your phone number, the type of matter, and any details you choose to write. That is all.

We do not create user accounts, use tracking cookies, run analytics, serve advertising, or collect your location. Neither the website nor the app collects any data in the background.

How we use your information

We use what you submit for one purpose only: to respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about your legal matter. We do not use it for anything else.

Lawyer–client confidentiality

Any information you share with us to obtain legal advice is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with a lawyer's professional duty to protect client secrets under Omani advocacy law.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The contact form passes through our email provider (Zoho) solely to deliver your message to us. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Mobile apps

Our iPhone and Android apps are a copy of this website bundled inside the app and run offline. They contain no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party components, and request no sensitive permissions. The only data that may leave your device is a consultation message, and only if you choose to send it.

Data retention

We keep consultation messages for as long as needed to reply to you and provide legal services, then delete them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we handle your data with the care that legal matters deserve.
