How much does a lawyer cost in Oman?

Oman has no fixed tariff for lawyers' fees. Fees depend on the type of case, its complexity, and the work it requires. Under the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law, issued by Royal Decree 41/2024, fees are set in a written contract between the lawyer and the client. SIA gives you a clear written fee quote before any engagement, and the first consultation is free.
